Anthony Barger

In 1992 Anthony graduated from Ball State University receiving a Bachelors of Science degree; major in Deaf Education K-12. In 2003 Anthony graduated from Southern Illinois University receiving a B.A. degree; major in History, minor in Museum Studies.

Anthony has experience working with Adobe InDesign. From 2004-2007 he worked for AuthorHouse as a Book Designer. He consulted with authors regarding various formatting options for their book design. He also formatted and designed manuscript layouts.

In the past, Anthony has had extensive practice scanning, cataloging, and archiving media. Anthony also has experience using mark recognition software for a federal research grant. Anthony archived thousands of slides of an accomplished photographer while working at Southern Illinois University as a Digital Project Assistant (2002-2003). Anthony gave a presentation to the Greene County Historical Society on the basics of preserving family letters.
